FULL BODY Workout From Bikini Body Guide By Kayla Itsines Week 4 Day 3, Playlist 4.Week Music: Weitless Megamix MIXED BY .... It’s been a hot minute, but I’m back! 🤘🏼new year = new gym. A little backstory...I work at the local YMCA and absolutely LOVE it, but one thing I’ve learned over the past 9 months, is that it can be tough getting a productive workout in at your place of work. With a free gym membership and easy access, it seems both logical and practical to get in a quick workout before or after a shift, but instead, I find my once stress-reducing workout quickly turning into a social hour with all of our lovely gym members 😅 it’s not that I don’t enjoy talking with them, it’s just that a simple “hello” while during a hiit session quickly turns into a 30-minute conversation about how their aunt’s friend’s cat ran out the door, got lost for 5 weeks, and then made a miraculous return home...and by then, I’ve completely lost all motivation. So this past week I’ve officially made the move to a new gym to (hopefully) eliminate some distractions and so far, so good! 👍🏼
