SQUATS!! 😱😱 .
So, I said I will be taking this week day by day and setting myself some challenges/goals for the week. So to start: 3 cups of green tea a day [✔] ; 2 liters of water a day [✔] and thirdly, I am challenging myself, as of tomorrow, during my work day, every time I take a bathroom break, I will do 10 squats. .
This third challenge will be on top of my normal workout routine for this week. Drinking lots of water and green tea - this can easily result in 50 squats if not more. .
To some it might sound silly but I find the idea of a weekly challenge on top of my 12 week challenge quite exciting and it also gives some extra focus to certain areas of the body. .
